Returns & Exchanges
Because Pure + Kiwi is a small, indie business, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of skincare products that are opened, used, or otherwise handled after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email purekiwicontact@gmail.com - as soon as possible with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.
