Returns + Exchanges

Because Pure + Kiwi is a small-batch skincare business, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, including on unopened products, except where required by law.

Please review product descriptions, ingredients and routine guidance before ordering. If you’re unsure what may be right for your skin, we recommend taking the Skin Quiz or starting with a Discovery Kit before committing to full sizes.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@purekiwiskincare.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.
