By accessing or using our website https://purekiwigoods.com (the “Site”), or purchasing our skincare products (“Products”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read these carefully before using our Site or placing an order.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or our Services.
1. General Information
Pure Kiwi Goods is a skincare brand offering handcrafted products inspired by New Zealand botanicals, formulated for sensitive and reactive skin. All products are made in small batches with care.
Our business operates from Huntington Station, New York, U.S.A.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Site or make purchases. If you are under 18, you may only use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Product Information & Use
All descriptions, images, and information on the Site are provided for informational purposes only.
- Our products are cosmetic and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- Results may vary depending on individual skin types and conditions.
- If you have a known skin sensitivity, allergy, or medical condition, consult your dermatologist before use.
- Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, textures, and descriptions accurately, but variations may occur.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and other secure payment methods as provided on checkout. Payment must be received in full before order processing.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States (and selected international destinations if offered).
- Orders are processed within 5–10 business days unless otherwise noted.
- Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
Pure + Kiwi Goods is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of handcrafted skincare, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery date at purekiwicontact@gmail.com. Please include: your order number, item name and size and photo of the damaged/broken item.
Note Restrictions:
- Replacements are not accepted for orders outside of the US.
- Damaged items that are not reported within 7 days of delivery date - your order are not eligible for a replacement.
- Replacements can only be made for the same product.
- Pure + Kiwi will cover shipping costs for replacements within the US.
- We do not offer replacements for incorrect addresses or shipments shown as "delivered" in the tracking update. If a shipment was sent to an incorrectly entered address at purchase, the cost to reship is the recipient’s responsibility.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including text, product names, logos, photos, and packaging designs—is the property of Pure Kiwi Goods and is protected under U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, sell, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
