Welcome to Pure + Kiwi. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you visit purekiwiskincare.com (the “Site”), purchase products, create an account, or otherwise use services offered through the Site.
By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About Pure + Kiwi
Pure + Kiwi is a small-batch skincare brand based in New York, USA.
Our skincare products are cosmetic products intended for personal use.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase from this Site.
If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Product Information + Use
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, ingredients, images, sizes and other information on the Site are accurate.
Because products are made in small batches, minor differences in color, texture or appearance may occur.
Pure + Kiwi products are cosmetics and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.
Individual results may vary.
Please review ingredient lists before use if you have known allergies or sensitivities. If you have a medical skin condition or questions about whether a product is appropriate for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
4. Pricing + Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions and product availability may change without notice.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be shown at checkout.
Payment must be successfully processed before an order can be fulfilled.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or product-information errors and to cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, inventory errors or incorrect pricing. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
5. Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee that it will be accepted or fulfilled.
Products may occasionally become unavailable after an order is placed. If we are unable to fulfill an item, we will contact you and issue any applicable refund.
Please review your shipping address and order details carefully before submitting your order.
6. Shipping + Delivery
Pure + Kiwi currently ships within the United States only.
Orders are prepared in small batches and processing times may vary. Current processing times, shipping methods and delivery estimates are available in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather and other events outside our control may affect delivery.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order.
7. Returns + Exchanges
Because Pure + Kiwi is a small-batch skincare business, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, including on unopened products, except where required by law.
If an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact hello@purekiwiskincare.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

8. Subscriptions
Some products may be available through recurring delivery subscriptions.
By selecting a subscription option, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method at the frequency chosen until the subscription is canceled.
Subscriptions may be canceled, paused, skipped or rescheduled according to our Purchase Options/Cancellation Policy.
Changes should be made before the next scheduled order is processed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may not be possible to cancel or modify it.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content on this Site—including text, photographs, graphics, product names, logos, product descriptions, designs and other materials—is owned by or licensed to Pure + Kiwi.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or commercially use Site content without prior written permission.
10. Reviews + User Content
If you submit a product review, testimonial, photograph, comment or other content to Pure + Kiwi, you confirm that the content is yours to submit and does not violate the rights of another person.
By submitting content for publication, you give Pure + Kiwi permission to display and use that content in connection with the Site and our marketing, subject to applicable law.
We reserve the right to remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading or otherwise inappropriate.

Our Site may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, subscription services and social-media platforms.
Pure + Kiwi is not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of third-party websites or services.
