Cancellation policy
Some Pure + Kiwi products may be available as one-time purchases and/or recurring delivery subscriptions through Shopify Subscriptions. By choosing a subscription option at checkout, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the selected frequency until you cancel.
Managing Your Subscription
You can cancel, pause, skip, or reschedule your subscription at any time by logging into your customer account and using the Manage Subscription option, or by emailing us at purekiwicontact@gmail.com for help.
Cancellation & Changes
To make sure a change applies to your next scheduled subscription order, please update your subscription at least 48 hours before your next order is scheduled to process.
- Changes made within 48 hours of the next order processing may not apply until the following cycle.
- Once a subscription order has processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
One-Time Orders
One-time orders may be canceled or changed only before they are processed for shipment. Once processed or shipped, they cannot be canceled.
Returns
Because Pure + Kiwi is a small, indie business, and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of skincare products (opened, used, or otherwise handled after delivery).
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact purekiwicontact@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.
Price & Product Availability
Product availability and subscription pricing may change. Any updates will apply to future orders. You may cancel at any time before your next order processes.
