At Pure + Kiwi, every product is handcrafted in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. Please review our production and shipping timelines below before placing your order.
Production Time
All products are handmade and bottled to order.
Production time: 3–5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
Production time refers to the time required to create, bottle, and package your order before it ships.
Shipping Within the USA
Flat Rate Shipping: $5.95
Free Shipping: Orders over $75
Estimated Delivery (Processing + Shipping): 5–10 business days
- Processing: 3–5 business days
- Shipping: 2–5 business days after dispatch
All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS and include tracking information once dispatched.
Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays or peak seasons.
International Shipping
We currently we only ship within the USA.
Local Pick-Up
Local Delivery (within 10 miles): We offer hand-delivered local delivery within a 10-mile radius of our in-house studio near Deer Park Rd & Jericho Turnpike, Huntington New York. $35 minimum order. Deliveries go out Monday - Friday (no weekends or holidays) and arrive in a small Pure + Kiwi bag, placed securely in your mailbox. Note: We do not offer pickup at our studio.
Market Pickup: Order online and choose Market Pickup at checkout. We’ll bring your order to our next market—just show your name/order confirmation at the Pure + Kiwi booth for a quick, free pickup.

- Orders are shipped Monday – Friday only.

- You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships with your tracking number.
