Shipping Policy

Every Pure + Kiwi product is made in small batches. Please allow a little time for your order to be prepared before it ships.

Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During holidays, promotions or other busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

U.S. Shipping

Flat-rate shipping: $5.95
Free shipping: Orders $65+

Orders are shipped via USPS.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. USPS delivery typically takes approximately 2-5 business days after shipment.

Most orders arrive within approximately 5-10 business days from the date of purchase, including processing time.

Tracking + Delivery

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Once your package is on its way, you can follow its progress using the tracking information emailed to you.
