Perimenopause + Menopause Skincare

When your skin stops behaving like it used to

Maybe it became drier.

More sensitive.

You started breaking out again.

Your moisturizer doesn't seem to last all day. Makeup sits differently. Products you've used for years suddenly feel like too much.

You don't need a complicated new routine. Your skin may simply need a different kind of support.

Does this sound familiar?

During perimenopause and menopause, skin can start feeling:

  • Drier or tight more often
  • More sensitive or reactive
  • Dull or less comfortable
  • Dry and still breaking out
  • Harder to keep moisturized throughout the day
  • Different from season to season
  • Less predictable than it used to be

One survey respondent put it simply:

“I feel changes very rapidly and I can't keep up.”

That's exactly the problem we want to make easier.

Start with what your skin is asking for now

Depleted + increasingly dry

Replenish

For skin that feels more depleted, reactive or harder to keep comfortable than it used to.

Helps add calming hydration without turning your routine into five more steps.

Best for: dryness, dehydration, sensitivity and changing skin that needs more support.

Need richer daily moisture

Harmony Crème

For dry, sensitive skin that needs more lasting comfort.

A richer moisturizer designed to support skin when your old moisturizer simply isn't doing enough anymore.

Best for: dryness, tightness and skin that struggles to stay comfortable.

Dry + still breaking out

Bee Calm

Because hormonal breakouts don't always come with oily skin.

Bee Calm is for sensitive, breakout-prone skin that needs calming support—not more stripping.

Best for: redness, hormonal blemishes, dry + congested skin.

Dullness + visible changes

Bloom Lift

For when you want help with dullness, uneven-looking tone and visible firmness—but don't want an aggressive routine.

Best for: dullness, uneven tone, post-breakout marks and visible signs of changing skin.

You don't have to start over

Our Calm-First approach:

Gentle Cleanse → Calm + Treat → Seal

Keep the products your skin still likes.

Change the step that isn't working anymore.

Add only what has a clear job.

Questions, answered

Can perimenopause or menopause change my skin?

Hormonal changes during this stage of life can coincide with changes in dryness, oil production, sensitivity, breakouts and how well skin holds onto moisture.

Why am I suddenly dry but still breaking out?

Changing skin doesn't always fit neatly into “dry” or “oily.” You can need more hydration while still experiencing hormonal blemishes—which is why aggressively drying the skin may make the overall problem harder to manage.

Do I need a completely new skincare routine?

Usually not. Keep what still works and change the step that no longer does.

Should menopause skincare be anti-aging?

Not necessarily. Start with what is bothering your skin now—dryness, sensitivity, breakouts, dullness or discomfort—and choose products with a clear job.

Your skin changed. Your routine can get simpler.
